UK Mainland Deliveries
• Orders for stocked items placed before 1:00 PM on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day.
• Next-working-day delivery is available on most items.
UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
• Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days, depending on courier schedules.
Made-to-Measure & Custom-Cut Items
• Bespoke items (e.g. netting with rope edges) may take 7-10 working days to produce and dispatch.
• However, many custom items are also held in stock - feel free to call us to check availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link or reference number. This allows you to monitor your delivery progress online from dispatch to arrival.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following:
• Standard Returns:
If the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, and within 28 days of purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange or full refund for the item's value.
• Incorrect Orders (Our Error):
If we've sent the wrong item, we'll arrange collection at our cost and issue a full refund including carriage.
• Unwanted Goods (Customer Decision):
If the product is returned due to no fault of ours, a 15% handling charge will apply.
The original carriage charge is non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Custom Products:
Products made to order (e.g. netting cut from reels or bespoke tarpaulins) can only be returned by prior agreement, and a handling charge may apply at our discretion.
